How ProCloser makes money
ProCloser.ai is free for business owners. We may receive compensation from advisory firms in three clearly separated ways: referral or matching fees when a seller connects with an advisor through our matching service, labeled sponsored placements purchased by firms through our partner program, and Deal Network membership fees paid by advisory firms for a verification interview, a monthly AI search dashboard, advisory notes and seller introductions.
What compensation never buys
- Ranking positions are never sold. No firm can pay to enter an editorial ranking or to move up one. Rankings are compiled under the ProCloser TrustRank methodology from publicly available information.
- Sponsored placements are labeled. Where a page carries a sponsored slot, it is marked as sponsored and sits outside the editorial order.
- Verification is marked, and it is free. Firms marked Verified · Deal Network confirmed their record with us directly; that verified record is scored under TrustRank, so verification can move a firm up among comparable firms. Any listed firm can request the same verification at no charge. Membership fees never buy position.
- Deal Index data is not editable by anyone. Deal records are compiled from public announcements and filings, each linked to its source.
What we are not
ProCloser.ai is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner, and nothing on this site is investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. Rankings and deal data are general market information to support your own research. Decisions about selling a business, hiring an advisor, or accepting an offer should be made with your own professional advisers.

If you believe a page mislabels a commercial relationship, or a factual claim about your firm is wrong, contact us through the contact form with a source and we will review it promptly. Our correction practice is described in the methodology.
