Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of receiving SMS communications at any time by using any of the following methods:

• Text STOP to the number from which you received a message. You will receive a one-time confirmation message that your opt-out has been processed.
• Email us at aaron@procloser.ai with the subject line "SMS Opt-Out" and include the phone number you wish to unsubscribe.
• Call us at 682.422.9276 to request removal from our SMS list.

After opting out, you will no longer receive text messages from us unless you re-subscribe. Please allow up to 48 hours for your opt-out request to be fully processed.

Consent Not Required for Purchase

No Third-Party Sharing for Marketing

We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or any personal information collected in connection with our SMS program with third parties for their own marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers (including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and other major US carriers) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is outside of our control. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is supported on most major US mobile carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and their affiliates. Carriers are not responsible for the content of messages sent through our program.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with:

The following terms apply specifically to our SMS/text messaging program and are in addition to the SMS privacy practices described in Section 4 above.

Agreement to Receive Messages

By opting in to our SMS program, you agree to receive autodialed or prerecorded text messages from Thrive Ideas (operating as ProCloser.ai) at the mobile number you provided. You confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile device and phone number provided, and that you are authorized to approve the applicable charges.

Billing and Charges

You are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging as imposed by your wireless carrier. We do not charge any additional fees for our SMS service, but standard message and data rates from your carrier will apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details on your plan.

Program Description

The ProCloser.ai SMS program sends appointment reminders, consultation follow-ups, service updates, and occasional promotional content related to our AI search optimization services. Message frequency varies; expect approximately 2-5 messages per month.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Provide a phone number that is not your own or that you are not authorized to use for receiving SMS
• Use our SMS program for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose
• Opt in on behalf of another person without their explicit consent
